Returns and Exchanges

 

Products purchased from Radical RC may be returned to us within 7 days of purchase accompanied by proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.

 

To be eligible for a return, exchange or store credit your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and meet the following conditions:

 

• The item is not damaged
• The item must be in the original condition
• Proof of receipt
• The Item has not been used
• The item is returned with all original packaging, manuals, sticker sheets, accessories, parts, seals and wrapping. Items must be returned in a saleable condition.

Returns and exchange shipping costs are at the customers expense. Items must be returned and physically received by Radical RC Hobbies in the above mentioned conditions to be eligible refund or exchange.

 

To ensure you are eligible for refund, store credit or exchange we recommend you sending your items with a trusted provider with tracking number. Radical RC Hobbies is not responsible for missing items in transit by shipping companies.

 

Items not received by Radical RC Hobbies in the above mentioned conditions within the 7 days will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. 

 

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of being received by Radical RC Hobbies

 

For all returns on products over $200 refund, exchange or store credit will be provided less the original shipping cost.

 

Items not eligible for return or refund:

• Damaged or used items
• Items missing original packaging or parts, instruction manuals etc.
• Gift cards
• Items with seals removed.
